 Are you wedding planner?

We have years of experience as a wedding planner for UK hotels, now that we have started our own company we have taken our experience and are offering our knowledge and expertise to wedding clients.

How are your services priced?

  • Our services our priced at suiting our clients budgets, however we do have guideline prices.

  • Can consist of Full planning service, On the day management and Vendor sourcing.

  • Alternatively, our bespoke packages which you as the client tell us what you need from us, then all services are priced starting price from £25 per service per hour.

Where should I start

Having a date, a preferred time, number of guests and location we can do the rest for you.

How will you be involved in the day

  • We will be there from the beginning of the event, meeting suppliers and making sure everything is running smoothly

  • We can be there all day or just the beginning to make sure that everything has been set up.

 Can I bring my own supplier?

Of course, you can have your own photographer, caterer etc. We are just there to assist in making life much easier.

Do we provide staff.

  • We have staff for set up, bar and waiting on staff to make sure that everything runs effortlessly so all you do it turn up.

  • All our staff are trained to the highest standard; we provide uniform or if you have a specific theme we can match the theme.

Delivery of hire goods

  • Goods which are being delivered within the M25 area are charged at £40 one way and vice versa, Monday to Thursday.

  • Outside the M25 is charged at 40p per mile there after.

  • Weekend delivery (Friday to Sunday) incurs further charges depending on distance, starting from £65 one way.

  • If you are having a full event with us delivery unless good's are larger will be quoted accordingly.

  • We do offer a collection option from our premises, higher damage deposit is required.

   What areas do you cover?

  • We are based in Richmond and cover up to 30miles radius.

  • We do cover further areas depending on our availabilities.
